Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how By Grace Decor ("By Grace Decor," "we," "us," or "our") processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through https://www.bygracedecor.com (the "Site"). By placing an order, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and fulfilled on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after our daily cutoff time or on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • Processing time: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. During peak seasons, promotional periods, or high-volume times, processing may take up to 5 business days.
  • Order cutoff time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM PT on a business day will begin processing that same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM PT, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • Order confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed. A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.
  • Order changes and cancellations: We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately through the Site. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered fulfillment.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight and dimensions of your order, and the shipping method selected. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–8 business days after shipment.
  • Expedited shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days after shipment.
  • Overnight shipping: Estimated delivery the next business day after shipment, where available.

Canada Shipping

  • Standard shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days after shipment.
  • Expedited shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after shipment, where available.
  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees: Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees assessed by the Canada Border Services Agency. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
  • Customs declarations: We are required by law to accurately declare the contents and value of all shipments. We cannot mark packages as gifts or undervalue shipments.

Carriers and Tracking

We ship via major carriers depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website.

  • Tracking updates: Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after your shipment notification is sent.
  • Carrier delays: Once a package is in the carrier's possession, delivery timelines are outside our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. By Grace Decor is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • Address corrections: If you realize your address is incorrect after placing an order, contact us immediately through the Site. We will make every effort to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
  • Returned packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to claim, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. We are not responsible for any loss of perishable or time-sensitive items resulting from a failed delivery.
  • Undeliverable packages: Packages that are undeliverable and not returned to us may be considered lost. In such cases, we will work with the carrier to investigate but cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

We take great care in packaging your order. However, once a package is in the carrier's possession, we are not liable for loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit.

  • Lost packages: If your tracking information shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, building management, or other household members. Then contact us through the Site within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can open a carrier investigation.
  • Stolen packages: By Grace Decor is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered but subsequently stolen. We recommend contacting your local law enforcement and your carrier to file a report. We may, at our sole discretion, offer assistance in filing a carrier claim.
  • Damaged shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging and contact us through the Site within 5 business days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
  • Carrier claims: We reserve the right to file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Resolution timelines are determined by the carrier and are outside our control.

Delivery Instructions

  • Delivery instructions: Special delivery instructions (e.g., leave at door, deliver to neighbor) may be added through the carrier's website using your tracking number. We cannot guarantee that carriers will honor special instructions.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses where available. Delivery to these addresses may take longer than standard estimates. Some shipping methods and carriers may not be available for P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

Order Splitting and Partial Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, it may be shipped in separate packages and arrive at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless otherwise disclosed at checkout.

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery of a package without prior authorization from us, you may be responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any applicable restocking fees. Refused packages will be treated in accordance with our Return Policy.

Holiday and Peak Season Shipping

During major holidays and peak shopping seasons, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend placing orders well in advance of any date-sensitive occasions. We are not responsible for carrier delays during peak periods.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. Certain products may be subject to additional shipping restrictions based on destination, carrier regulations, or applicable law. If a product cannot be shipped to your location, you will be notified at checkout or after your order is placed. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot be fulfilled due to shipping restrictions.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices, carriers, service offerings, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a new "Last updated" date.
